Job Title: Athletic Associate
Location: Hybrid - 1 Day in Gurgaon or Mumbai Office, Other Days WFH                                                       (Mon-Fri working, and alternate Saturdays) 
Term: Full Time 
Experience Required: No specific requirement, also open to Freshers
Reporting To: Lead Counselor 

About Us: nextrack is an education consulting firm where we focus on delivering a high touch-point service to our clients. We help students and families with a number of services: Undergrad Admissions Counseling, Student-Athlete College Counselling, Psychometric Testing and Counseling Session, College Preparatory Program, Boarding School Admissions, and Sports Academy Admissions.

About The Role: Assisting the Lead Counselor in all aspects of client servicing - contributing to the company’s success
 
Responsibilities :
 

  • Onboarding new student-athletes

  • Creation of detailed college lists upon extensive research

  • Working on college lists for student-athletes

  • Aid on resume and cover letters of student-athletes

  • Assist with applications for student-athletes

  • Compilation of student transcripts

  • Managing a database of student-athletes

  • Aiding in the transcript evaluation process for student-athletes

  • Social media posting for the company - possible if this is an interest

  • Understanding and assisting the Lead Counselor with tasks

  • Creation of summer plans and tournament lists for athletes

  • Review and brainstorming of essays

  • Assisting with application work

Please Note: Training will be provided on all of the above aspects but the individual should be ready for some independent learning as well.
 

Candidate Requirements :

 

  • You must have your own PC or Laptop with Windows 10 or higher (Mac works well too)

  • High-speed internet connection

  • Fluency in the English language

  • Proficiency in Google Suite Applications

  • Must work well independently with focus, productivity, and accountability 

  • Open to adapting to new situations and responsibilities (work is fluid)

  • Attention to detail

  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not necessary

  • Bonus: Love for sports!
